The cosy and elegantly furnished living room in the APARTHOME L.I.N.Z., which can be used by all our guests equally, creates a homely atmosphere. In addition to a reading corner, the living area offers a couch for watching TV, or to relax after a stressful day at work or an active day out.

TIP: A collection of selected bestsellers from the publisher Diogenes in various genres will sweeten your rainy hours.

In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook to your heart’s content and in the adjoining dining room you can end your evening culinary.

Besides the usual spices you will find a microwave, an egg boiler and of course a coffee machine for filter coffee and Nespresso capsules in the kitchen.

Each room in the Aparthome L.I.N.Z. is equipped with a modern box spring bed with allergy bedding, which ensures a relaxed and rested sleep. In addition, we offer our guests in each of the rooms an individually controllable air conditioning system, which provides cooling on hot days. In addition to the bathroom with shower, each room has a flat screen TV. High quality shampoo/shower gel is available in every bathroom.

In addition to the individual rooms, our guests have the possibility to use the common areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen and of course the beautiful outdoor area with terrace and garden.
